This PR adds content to evangelize the DocumentDB for VS Code extension in the context of Microsoft’s new MongoDB-compatible database, Azure DocumentDB. The updated markdown provides guidance on installing the extension, connecting to MongoDB-compatible databases, using the DocumentDB Explorer and Scrapbook features, and leveraging Azure DocumentDB for managed MongoDB clusters.
(instead of MongoDB Atlas)

MongoDB support for VS Code is provided by the [DocumentDB for VS Code](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-azuretools.vscode-documentdb) extension. To install the DocumentDB for VS Code extension, open the Extensions view by pressing `kb(workbench.view.extensions)` and search for 'DocumentDB' to filter the results. Select the **DocumentDB for VS Code** extension.
